Payment terms

For Domestic Sales:

(1) Payment terms:  All payments are to be paid in full before all goods leave any of our docks (Payments in Full by T.T. or ACH in advance by T.T. or any electronic form with our approval, and accepted by our Accounting Department, before Shipments leaving our Dock).

For Exports Sales and with local U.S. Agent:

(2) Payment terms ( By Approval Only ):  (Payments in Full by T.T. or ACH in advance by T.T. or any form which accepted by our Accounting Department before Shipments leaving our Dock).

For outside of United States Customers:

We accept L/C Payments. L/C Payments will be additional L/C banking charges & all banking fees, Banking charges incurred, Please add USD30 per MT as per offering prices, for all L/C payments.:

(3) Payment terms ( Most preferred ): On behalf of any order and/or any orders sizes are more than 200 MT we accept Confirmed L/C with the world's prime bank and all funds are available for negotiation with our Bank the "Bank of America" or "J.P. Morgan Chase Bank of N.A." We (The Salbaytech or divisions of Salbaytech) will provide customer the full L/C instructions for opening/issuing of the L/C instructions, in favorite of our company the "Salbaytech and/or the seller".

L/C Payments ( Salbay Technologies & Engineered Polymers Composites Most Preferred ): On behalf of the any orders and/or any order sizes more than 200 MT we accept Confirmed L/C with the world's prime bank in favor of the Seller "Salbaytech". All funds are available for negotiation with our Bank the "Bank of America" or "JP Morgan Chase Bank of N.A." and/or our company's preferred bank.  We (The Salbaytech) will provide Customer/buyer the full L/C instructions for opening/issuing of the L/C in favorite of our company the "Salbaytech" 

L/C draft at sight, draft with the documents by presenting OBL, Commercial Invoice, Packing List; Partial shipments is allowed as per our terms and conditions.

Please take our L/C Instruction to your bank for the issuing of L/C exactly as we provided. We do not want to waste time and money on any L/C Amendments.

We prefer payment by L/C for Exports items.

**Regular Customers: We Accept Standby L/C & Revolving L/C.
